The Villa Bed & Breakfast Policies

  • No children under the age of 7
  • No Smoking Facility (smoking is permitted outside only)
  • No kitchen privileges (There is a grill in the courtyard that may be used by guests)
  • No Pets
  • No candles
  • 20% Non-refundable deposit required for all weddings, receptions, and parties. Whole house/2 night minimum stay required (all 3 rooms)
  • Any antiques damaged or broken will be the financial responsibility of the guest to have repaired or replaced, with an antique of equal value and the approval of Linda Waldren.

Our Cancellation Policy

Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. A last minute cancellation leaves us little chance of filling the reserved space. For this reason the Inn maintains a strict cancellation policy.

All cancellations,for whatever reason and regardless of the length of time the room has been reserved, are subject to a $50.00 service fee per room night. One week cancellation for guests reserving one room for non peak periods. Two week cancellation for peak periods (May 1-October 15).Sixty day cancellation for holidays,special events,weddings or groups reserving more than one room.

A full deposit is required for one night stays.

A 50% deposit is required for two nights or longer.

If you cancel during the non-refundable period you will be charged the full rate for the entire days reserved. A refund may be possible only if we are able to rebook the room(s). The $50.00 service fee for each room night will be deducted from the refund.

Weddings, Receptions & Parties
